Sou João Víctor Fernandes de Souza, farmacêutico inscrito no CRF-SP 106673, especialista em Farmácia Clínica e Atenção Farmacêutica e atualmente mestrando em Criminalística. Minha atuação une rigor científico e clareza jurídica, oferecendo suporte técnico em processos que envolvem medicamentos, toxicologia e cadeia de custódia.

Ao longo da carreira, desenvolvi experiência em:

  • Toxicologia forense e interpretação de laudos laboratoriais (álcool e outras drogas).

  • Farmacocinética e farmacodinâmica aplicadas à prática pericial, correlacionando dose–tempo e efeitos clínico-legais.

  • Eventos adversos e interações medicamentosas, com foco em farmacovigilância e análise de riscos.

  • Autenticidade e adulteração de medicamentos, assegurando rastreabilidade e integridade.

  • Cadeia de custódia conforme os artigos 158-B e 159 do CPP, garantindo validade e confiabilidade dos achados.

Meu objetivo é entregar laudos e pareceres técnicos fundamentados, rastreáveis e aceitos em juízo, comunicando de forma acessível e embasada tanto para advogados quanto para magistrados.
